occurrences are

are the following as follows

1. Non-reception of
judicial order

to judicial orders

1. Non delivery of judicial orders mandates to the individuals to
whom they are addressed, or on the part of whom compliance
is desired and expected. Remedy after first attendance, election
of domicile — inhibition of expatriation without security fund.

2. Non receipt of returns which were or ought to have
been made by individuals to judicial orders mandates.

Remedy — Map Judicial district in which all habitations situated
within the district are marked.

Remedy. Pronounce decrees opinative and imperative
in pursuance of the opinion formed without
stopping for decrees in a penal suit instituted or proposed
to be instituted: in case of doubt, the pr arrangement
made by the imperative decree may be provisional,
in such sort that by from the execution given to it no irreparable
damage shall ensue.
