§. Fraud obviated
Art. 1. On the occasion of inspection, a fraud against which
the Judge will be upon his guard is confederacy between
two or more persons for the purpose of obtaining for themselves
or others undue information at the charge of a
third person, the confederates engaging for this purpose
in a feigned suit one against another, in a feigned suit.
Art. 6. If In case of his entertaining a suspicion to this effect
the Judge will examine the party or parties in this view
and in consequence either refuse grant the mandate
refuse it absolutely, or in the epistolary mode or by accusation
apply himself to learn from the individual in whose custody
the subject matter is whether he has any and what objection
to the grant of the inspection required to the issuing of the inspection
mandate.
Art. 2. Examples of the purposes to w Of the purposes to which
fraud employing inspection for its instrument may be applicable
examples are the following
1. Discovery with or without further communication, of
family secrets: discovery – with or without ulterior communication.
2. So, of secrets in trade manufacture or trade of exchange.
3. of judicial secrets. As to these see Ch. XII. Const. Code Judiciary

4. of administrational secrets. See Const. Code
