7. By opinative decree decreed to have been tainted with chargeable falsity, and that falsity
accompanied by tainted with mendacity. Passage (or Passages) so tainted
the following. Per imperative decree. From so much: in default
of payment, succedaneum punishment so and so: with
or without ulterior punishment as therein mentioned.

8. By opinative decree decreed justly chargeable with falsity
tainted either with mendacity, insincerity or temerity,

Art. 2. The assumption is – that in the above cases, in this
first stage of the business, no material damage to any individual
can have been produced by the falsity: should any such damage
be found to have had place satisfaction for the wrong will in proportion to the amount of it taken place of the punishment.

Art. 3. In the For security of Art. 3. Lost time be consumed without use, in case cases No: 1 and No 2, the Judge
will in general, forbear delivering any opinion, unless he sees some special reason, or by the applicant is

not afford any such prospect of ulterior evidence, he
will either adjourn the sitting business for the purpose of ulterior
consideration, or declare after declaring his suspicion
there let the the matter rest: suspicion being that sort of imparting the belief
of a degree of probability not great enough to warrant
the application imposition either of punishment or of the burthen of satisfaction.
