Art. 12. As a ground for the an imperative punitive decree
inflicting punishment as above, the Judge In addition to the
exemplars distributed for the purpose of the principal suit, the Judge
shall will cause distribute the exemplars following as a ground
for the imperative punitive excretition degree –

Art. The record having, if the applicant
desires it been read aloud together with the opinion if any of
the Visitor's Gallery, the Registrar addressing himself to the
applicant will say Applicant, Is it your wish to appeal?
If his answer is in the affirmative the record being tendered to him
he thereupon writes therein in the place indicated by the Registrar
the words I appeal, followed by the words comprising his
name, and the day of the month, month and year. Thereupon
this record appeal in the same manner as any other goes up to the Appellate Judicatory. with
