Procedure Code.
Note that on the Recapitulative or Quasi-Jury
Enquiry the oral mode is indispensable
in relation to each controverted fact.
Party's Judicatories

Art. Where either a Pursuers, or a Defendants
or a Pursuer or a Witness's Judicatory is a Judic
not the same as the originating Judicatory, transfer
if the in so far as the mode of intercourse whether
for the purpose of demand of pursuit for that of defensive statement, or
that of testificative, or the oral mode, transfer of
the proceedings from Judicatory to Judicatory, with or
without subsequent retromission, or ulterior lateral transfer, will
be necessary.
Art. 2. By such transfer if followed by retromission
and continuance of at the originating Judicatory
delay vexation and expence, and vexation in other shapes
will necessarily to a certain degree be necessarily be the
case produced.
Art. 3. By From the multitude of these conjunctly
employed Judicatories, and thence by the multitude
of such transfers and retromissions, these
evils will rec unavoidably receive proportionally
encrease.
Art. 4. This multitude being good From the distance between Judicatory
instance of each and Judicatory these these evils will in each instance receive
proportionable encrease.
Art. 5. From the multitude of the persons examined
at each Judicatory, in whatever
that whether as Defendants, Pursuers or Witnesses they
will also receive proportionable encrease.
