Preinterpretation requisite
1. Mode of proceeding – terms to the passages in the Pannomion.
2. Request to Legislative.
§ Preinterpretation seeking requesting application request a requisition – how made.
Art. 1. Of the occasions on which and the purposes
for which a preinterpretation at the hands of the Judge
may be made, examples are the the diversifications are the as follows.
1. Ascertaining whether a conveyance or other act
affecting title to property in any shape, would if made, be
regarded by the Judge as valid or say authorized by the
law, and whereupon in such sort that in case of need, compliance with the force of law will be given to the obligations
sought to be imposed – to the rights sought to be conferred and established
by it.
2. Ascertaining in like manner whether to a contract
to a certain effect, if entered into, the force of law would be
given.
3. Ascertaining whether a certain act on the occasion
in question described, would be regarded as lawful,
or whether it would be deemed an offence, and in the event
of its being exercised, the agent held satisfactionally or
punitionally responsible, or in both ways as the case may be.
