Art. On the occasion of any such request,
in return for the service which would be rendered to the requisitioners
or any one on whose behalf he applies, the Judge may
require and upon occasion in case of need exact a pecuniary retribution
payable to the Helpless Litigant's fund.
Art. The quantum of the retribution will be in

and the pecuniary prosperity of the applicant.
For the mode of taking an estimate of pecuniary prosperity see
B. Remedies collectively – Ch. or §. Satisfaction.
Art. To whatsoever interpretation if any he sees
reason to make to give declaration of, the Judge will give expression in the manner
prescribed in Const. Code Ch. XII §. Judges pre-interpretation

Legislature through the Legislation Minister as per Const. Code
Ch. VI. Legislation §. Member's Motions and Ch. XI. §. 2. Legislation
Minister.
Art. Antecedently to the transmission made as

in what ways their several interests will by the proposed interpretation
be affected, and for this purpose he will cause them or any of them to make
