§. 1. Applicants who Applications – their purposes
Enactive Expositive
Art. 1. Purposes for which application may be made
to the a Judge Immediate at the principal Justice Chamber are the as
follows following
1. Pursuit: causing the Applicant to be received and established
in the capacity character of Pursuer in a Suit thereby instituted
on his own account.
2. Information: furnishing information or say evidence, affording
a promise of being material with reference relation to a some
suit which in consequence of such information, or from some
other cause may eventually come to be instituted.
This suit may be of any one of the four different sorts
to one or other of which every suit the which for the purpose of
justice can require to be instituted will be found to belong: as to
which see Ch. Suits - their sorts.
3. Pre-interpretation: learning the import or say meaning, which the
Judge will eventually ascribe to this or that portion or aggregate
of portions of the existing body of the laws, in the event
in case a certain act should have been done performed if in
a certain course of conduct pursued which the applicant
is desirous to pursue or see done or pursued, as having an interest
in so doing.
4. Melioration Recordation-requesting – or
say Evidence-inscription requesting
5. Melioration suggestive.
