Constitutional Code
Art. 12. Except in cases of urgent necessity No person party who attends otherwise
at any period subsequent to the day of on which the suit
has commenced as above, is heard so long as any
admitted to occupy the time of the Judge Judicatory, so long as
any person who is in waiting in readiness to give commencement
to the suit.
Art. 13. For all persons who are respectively in
waiting for the purpose of giving commencement to the suit
a particular station in the Judicatory is provided.

Art. 14. Hearing is given to them in the order in which
they appear. This order is ascertained testified by numbered ticket
delivered to them respectively by the doorkeeper
Art. 15. If in respect of the number of Judge
Deputes in employ it be practicable, the Judge principal
confines his own attendance or that of some allots
one apartment Chamber in the character of a Justice Chamber
to initiatory hearings exclusively attending either in
person or by Depute in such sort that no person attending
of the purpose of giving commencement to a suit be kept
in waiting by any person who attends on the occasion of the
continuation continuance or termination of a suit.
