It shall indicate, the discussions, and state the
resolutions upon the debates, which form the order of the
Session, regulated according to Tit. XI. and concluding
by naming the hour at which the Session broke up, the
order of the day and the date of the following session
29. The act shall be put up in a Quarto registered in a Volume for the in which
shall purpose of confirmation, — and when the interlineations are made
& the whole attested or corrected; and it shall be approved
by the mark rubric of the President and the signature of
the Secretary.
Afterwards it shall be placed neatly printed recorded in the
Book of Acts, which shall all be signed by the President
& the Secretary; and the Quartos Volume shall be recorded placed in the Archives
30. It shall be equally obligatory on the Secretary to
produce keep a separate Volume of the private Acts and the Book of reserved
Acts which shall be put up in kept in the form presented
by the previous articles.
31. The Quartos, etc & books provided for by the previous
article, and all that which partakes of the character
of reserved private, shall be kept in a special archive, under
a key, which shall be kept by the Secretary.
32. The Secretary shall produce, as well likewise, the book
mentioned in Tit XIII.
33. The Secretary shall present to the President an
estimate of the number of hands, that is Sums required for the
service of the office of Secretary, for the conservation & custody
of the Archive.
