100. The interior officers shall officiate in a black robe

101. No person shall be permitted to enter within the walls
of the Chamber, unless a Minister or Representative, without
the special permission of the President, in virtue of the consent
of the Chamber.
102. There shall be two or more officers, who in the costume
prescribed by article 100, shall look to provide for the accommodation
and order of the public, and cause any orders
which they may receive from the President to be observed.
103. There shall be two door porters keepers whose functions
shall be regulated by the President, who shall name an
individual to keep in his custody all the furniture effects of
the house, and enter them in keep an inventory. of them
104. The guard which shall be stationed at the outer
gates of the House of Representatives, shall received their
orders from the President alone.
105. The nomination of the officers, and the door Keepers
shall belong to the President, who will propose, and the
Chamber accord what salary they ought to have.
106. In no case shall a speech be directed addressed to any but
the President or to the Representatives in general.
107. The designation, in the 2 Chamber of 1 Members by their
own names, shall be avoided.
108. It is prohibited to argue or impute bad intentions.
109. No document whatever shall be cited in confirmation, proof
which has not been officially presented to the Chamber.
