If it is decided in the affirmative: the President
shall pronounce the following formula — "Mr D.N. —
the Chamber calls you to order."

The Speaker in either case, shall have the right of
continuing his discourse.

117. When there is any interruption: the Member only
who is interrupted shall have the right to demand of
the President, that the observation of the this Regulation
be inforced; as also the executive. and it shall be carried into effect

118. Before proceeding to vote, the President shall

Title XIII

Of the observance and amendment improvement of the Regulation.

122. Any member may shall may have the right of calling for
the observance of the Regulation, whenever he may think it
has been transgressed.

123. And if it is agreed that the Regulation has been
transgressed, the President shall maintain its observance. cause it to be observed.
