124. If a question should arise as to the transgression
or non transgression of the Regulation, nothing further shall
be proceeded oin, until it has been decided by a special
Resolution of the Chamber.

125. The Secretary shall keep a separate book in which shall
registered all the Resolutions of the Chamber, dispatched expedited
in virtue of the provision in the preceding article.

In the said book shall be inserted equally any
resolution of the Chamber upon points of discipline
or form.

126. Every two years at the furthest, the Secretary shall
make a relation to the Chamber of all the Resolutions
registered in the book, appointed by article 125, and
it shall be decided which of them it is expedient to
insert in the Regulation, which shall be in such
case revised, and corrected if needed.

127. No disposition of the Regulation can be altered by
a Resolution an immediate Resolution but unless by a projectd in the
form prescribed by Title V.

128. Every member of the Chamber shall have a printed copy
of this Regulation.
