DEFINITIONS

MAIMING MAYHEM is the taking out of a persons eye destroying of in p a body of a person's body or depriving him of the
utter use of a [bodily organ] member not being in conse pursuance of an intention to ma maim
kill or disfigure the person maim'd or some other – observe the year
Exempted – Surgeon acting as such and Public Executioners in like manner.

DISFIGUREMENT is the a making an irreparable on purpose [permanent] alteration of figure in a
person's body in pursuance of an intent to kill main or disfigure
the person murdered disfigured or some other the exercise of any [bodily organ] being to no bone being destroyed nor member taken
away.
Exemptions as before.

RAPE is the carnal knowledge of a Male or Female without his or her
consent not being the Wife of the ravisher or being so against the ord in any other manner than according to
Nature: or in any way after a sentence of separation from bed & Board.

CARNAL KNOWLEDGE DEFILEMENT of INFANTS is the carnal knowledge of persons of either
Sex under the age of 12 [14] years with or without consent

WOUNDING needs no Definition is the dividing the Skin with an edged Instrument – Exempted – Executioners
