This Theirs being the only notice notion from in which any such position
as that in question could possibly have so therefore distant originated, by the advance utterance
use made of this position a demonstration is afforded, a
demonstration than which moral mathematics do not afford a more
perfect one, that by those who in by whom they were invested
and by those by whom they are diff uttered propagated otherwise than
as by a parrot or proposition are uttered without any
attention applied it the same, those same notions one or both
of them are actually entertained.

As to the notion of all-perfection to how high a pitch so
ever self content may have brought itself up in the breast of
a man of this class, the man not being a British King that he should
really regard himself as actually standing upon this pinacle in general may be
too much to suppose. Even though a King Alexander of Russia by certain token discovered
himself to be less than God: Canute of Denmark and
by some other tokens. On this head there will the degrees of
persuasion will be different according to the idiosyncrasy of the
individual.

But there remains that other position on which they all
of them without exception may be safely pronounced to agree:
and this that which assures the utter worthiness of the whole
multitude of the subject many: the utter non existence
of all claim on their part to any sense of sympathy on the
the part of their exalted rulers.

Such accordingly is the doctrine which in this country is openly and continually
preached by those Newspapers which have the greatest
number of customers.
