Penal Code.
Besides he in Fatherly Guardianship a Father may be Guardian
to the child in respect of property derived in the child from another
source.
Considered in the character of an Offence, mismanagement
of Fatherly Guardianship Fathership is where with
relation to the government direction of the conduct a son or daughter of his own the same
being within full age, the conduct of a Father is
in such sort and degree prejudicial(1) to the interest
and welfare of such his child, that it would be
beneficial to the joint interest of such Father and such
Child, that the y such direction should be taken out of
the hands of the Father and the conduct of the Child
either left in his or her own hands, or placed in
some other hands in the hands of some other person
or persons in the character of Guardian or Guardians.

(1) Examples of cases in which it which the direction
given by the father to the conduct of the child may be to
such a degree be prejudicial to his welfare, as to afford
to the Judge a sufficient warrant for the exercise of this power.
1. The child trained up in habits of depredation:
or malitious or wanton devastation. – Interest here consulted, the interest of
the public at large as well as that of Father and Child.

or forced prostitution Quare.
