§. 1. Wrongful non collation
Husbandship
1. Wrongful Non-Collation of Husbandship is where
with relation to a certain person female person considered in the character of a Wife
a certain other male person considered in the would in the
event of a certain act's having being done for that purpose
by a certain person, (viz. the delinquent) is by
a certain number of other persons of whom the delinquent
is one, have had legal possession of the condition of a
Husband, the delinquent( ) being bound by law to conferr
or join concurr in conferring on the person in question such
condition, has omitted so to do.
