§. 2. Wrongful non collation
Servantship

3. Wrongful non-collation Ablation of Servantship is where, with relation
to a certain person considered in the character of a Master,
another person has having legal possession of the condition of Master
Servant of a belonging to a certain class of Servants, the delinquent
by some act (unlawful act)(1) causes or contributes
to cause such rightful Servant to be, by
law or in effect, regarded and dealt with as not being
in rightful possession of such Servantship.
