3. Wrongful non-Collation Ablation of Filiality Fathership is where, with relation
to a certain person considered in the character of a Father Son (or in that of a
Mother Daughter), another person having legal possession of the
condition of a Father the delinquent has, by some unlawful
act (2) positive or negative caused, or contributed
to cause such rightful Father, to be, by law, or in
effect regarded, and dealt with as not being in rightful
possession of such Mastership
