to condition
§. 3. Usurpation
4. Wrongful Usurpation of Mastership is where, in
relation to a certain person, considered in the character
of a Servant, another person (viz the delinquent) puts himself
without(1) just legal title, in possession of another person but under the notion or the pretence of his
attached by him to the condition of takes upon having such title, takes upon him, to the persons
him to act in the character of Master,+ + ☞ Omitt this, or insert it at under the first of these Offences? If inserted, shall it be in Text or Exposition? exercising in relation
to such or supposed servant in a greater of less proportion
in relation to such servant or his supposed servant, the powers(2) attached to that condition by law, or has
caused himself or contributed to cause himself to be, by
law, or in effect, regarded and dealt with as being
in rightful possession of such Mastership.
