4 Wrongful non-Collation Usurpation of Guardianship us where, with
relation to a certain person considered in the character of a Ward,
another person (vix the delinquent) without (1) legal
title, but under the notion or the pretence of his having
such title, [takes upon himself to act in the character
of a Guardianship + exercising in a greater or less proportion
+ Omitt this, or insert
it under the first
of these offences? If
