5. Wrongful collatin of Mastership is where,
in relation to a certain person, considered in the character of a Servant,
a certain person (the delinquent) by some wrongful act, positive or negative causes the
or contributes or endeavours to cause a certain other person, who, with relation to such
supposed Servant is not in rightful possession( )
of the condition of the Master, to take for himself
the in virtue of such some supposed right or obligation
that same condition, and to cause accordingly
the powers supposed to be should if pertaining
or to act <add>attached be here as if he were, or ought</add> to be, by law or in effect, regarded and dealt with,
as being, in rightful rightful possession of that such
Mastership.
