5. Wrongful non-Collation of Filiality Fathership is where, with relation
to a certain person considered in the character of a Father Son (or
in that of a Mother Daughter) a certain person (the delinquent) by
some wrongful act, positive or negative causes or contributes,
or endeavours to cause a certain other person, who,
with relation to such supposed Son is not in rightful
possession of the condition of a Father to act, as if he
were, or ought to be, by law, or in effect regarded and dealt
with, as being in rightful possession of such Mastership Fathership
