§. 5 Wrongful interception

2. Wrongful Interception of Mastership is where with in relation
to a certain person considered in the character
of a Servant a certain other person would in the a certain event of
a certain act's being done for that purpose has been in legal possession of the condition of a Master
by another certain person he who shd have
been the have had possession of the

by law to forbear doing any act a certain

collation was thereby prevented. a certain third person (the delinquent) by some unlawful

so in effect.
