Offences against Condition

1. Wrongful non-collation Interception of Husbandship is where
with relation to a certain female person considered in the character of
a Wife a certain male person would in a certain event
have been in possession legal possession of the condition of
a Husband, a certain third person the delinquent
by some unlawful act means or acts, positive or negative has
prevented or contributed to prevent such eventual Husband
from becoming such so in effect.

[Unlawful means act or acts] Such means will viz. by some act which viz. force or fraud falshood

I. Force Bodily force. To the celebration of the marriage, and thence to the completion of the marriage contract it is necessary suppose that this at the same time they should be in the presence of each other. Example – By physical force imprisonment
