Offences against Condition
III. Fraud Falshood, viz. by any falshood applied o this purpose
in any of its shapes for which see General Titles Tit.
Falshood or its modification.
Examples 1. By causing or endeavouring to cause it
to be believed that the party in question labours under this is
that disease or bodily infirmity under which it does not labour: is this or that his mind
is tainted with vice in this or that shape with which it is not tainted, that in respect point
of value his property in possession or expectancy is
materially less than in fact it is: that the in point of reputation
the estimation in which he is held is materially
different less than in truth fact it is.
