Offences against Condition

2. Wrongful non-Collation Interception of Servantship is where with relation
to a certain person considered in the character of a
Master a certain other person would in a certain event
have been in legal possession of the condition of Servant, a certain
third person (the delinquent by some unlawful act(1)
or acts positive or negative has prevented such or
contributed to prevent such eventual Servant from becoming
it in effect.
