2. Wrongful Interception of Fathership non-Collation of Filiality is where, with relation
to a certain person considered in the character od a Father (or in that
of a Mother Daughter) a certain other person would in a certain
event have been in legal possession of the condition of a
Father or certain third person (the delinquent) by some
unlawful act (or acts) positive or negative, has prevented
or contributed to prevent such eventual Father from
becoming so in effect.
