Offences against Creditors

8. Wrongful non collation Imposition of Servantship is where, with
relation to a certain person, considered in the character of a
Master, a certain other person does not according to
law stand in the condition of Mr a Servant, nor does
according to law stand bound to take upon himself that
condition, a certain third person (the delinquent) by some

to cause such falsely supposed Servant to place himself
or to be placed in that service condition, and to be
in respect of law regarded and dealt with as if he were
lawfully so placed.
