8 Wrongful non-Collation Interception of Filiality Fathership is where, with
relation to a certain person considered in the character of a Father Son
(or in that of a Mother Daughter), a certain other person does not
according to law, stand in the condition of a Father
nor does according to Law stand bound to take
upon himself that condition a certain third person
(the delinquent) by some unlawful act positive
or negative causes or contributes to cause
such falsely supposed Father to place himself or
take place in that same condition, and to be in respect
of Law regarded and dealt with as if he were
lawfully so placed.
