6. Wrongful non-Collation Abdication of Guardianship is where, with
relation to a certain person, considered in the character of a Ward,
a certain person (the delinquent) being placed by
law (1) in the condition of a Guardian, and in respect
thereof subjects to certain obligations, [exercises some
unlawful act (2) [positive or negative,] having for its effect
or object the causing himself to be regarded
and dealt with by law as if he were not in possession
of such condition, and were accordingly not subject
to any such obligation. —
