6. Wrongful Abdication of Servantship is where, with
relation to a certain person considered in the character of a
Master, a certain person (the delinquent) being placed by law
in the condition of a Servant, and in respect thereof, subjected
to certain obligations, exercises some act, unlawful act(1) positive or negative
having for its effect or object the causing it to be believed
that he is not in possession of such condition, and that
accordingly he does not stand subject to any such obligations,
thereby avoiding or endeavouring to avoid the being
by law or in effect regarded and dealt with, as being
in possession of such Servantship and accordingly a standing
subject to the obligations thereto attached.
