6. Wrongful non-Collation Abdication of Filiality Fathership is where, with relation
to a certain person considered in the character of a Father Son
(or in that of a Mother Daughter) a certain person (the delinquent)
being placed by law in the condition of a Father
and in respect thereof subjected to certain obligations,
exercises some unlawful act, having for its effect
or object the causing himself to be regarded and
dealt with by law, as if he were not in possession
of such condition and were accordingly not subject
to any such obligations —
