Ch. X VI. Offences affectg Condition
The other is – where the person stolen age of the
person stolen is so little advanced that by ulterior advances
his or her identity is liable to be rendered dubious.
In this case the person stealing may be distinguished by the
appellation Child Stealing.
Intended enslavement admitts of diversifications
corresponding to the different aggregate sets of obligations to which
the enslaved person is subjected by law or usage or both
made corresponding to the different species of slavery as indicated
by that respective denomination. These are or may be

1. Place or say theatre of labour, the open field: Corresponding species of
slavery say the agricultural.

species of slavery, Domestic Slavery

the slavery has place.
