§.1. Simple corporal vexation
Enactive and Exposition

Art 1. Simple corporal vexation is where, without justification
cause(a), physical force(b), intimidation(c), wrongfully
applied remuneration(d) or deceptions practice(e) or, in pursuit of some unlawful benefit(f)
to the wronger himself, or any other person,
or in sport or for gratification of ill will(g) any
person caused or contributed to cause to an any other
bodily sufferance, but without any such ulterior
bodily harm as is designated by the denominations
of any other offence under this Code.

Art 4. Means of satisfaction – compensation money.
In compensation for the affliction sustained – the wrong doer if but one – the several wrong doers
co-operating, if more than one, or in case of their death their representatives respectively out of the assets of the wrong doer, will be compelled
to pay a sum of money, determined by
the discretion of the Judge, to the individual
wronged, or his representative, ( ) as the case
may be.
