a physician or surgeon

medicine simple or
compound instead of another
or aliment absolutely or relatively
unwholesome or in preferred

& their producing death
or considerable bodily
disorder.

in which by Government
& its functionaries
the general health is
deteriorated by
encouragement given to
comparatively
unwholesome beverages
wheterh in a direct
way or in an indirect
way for example
by discouragement
applied to comparatively
wholesome beverages.
