§. Wrongful Menacement

§ Wrongful menacement unconditional

Art. 1. Wrongful menacement simple is where without
justificative cause a person causes or contributes to cause
in the mind of another pain of mind consisting in the fear and apprehension
of terror evil in some serious shape as about to be done
to him by the act of the wrongdoer.

From restraint and constraint when produced by
application made to the mind when it is distinguished by its
being simple or say unconditional in contradistinction to conditional.
