Expositive

Art. 1. Wrongful restriction simple is where
without justificative cause, by physical force intimidation
wrongful wrongfully applied remuneration or deception one person causes or contributes
to cause to another to abstain from act
the exercise of some not unlawful nor preponderantly mischievous
act which otherwise he intended or might and could have
intended to exercise without its being attached with accompaniments It is stiled simple in so far as it is unattached. or consequence any of the accompaniments or consequences which by which a different denomination is given to the offence.
