Expositive

Art. 1. Wrongful compulsion is where, without justificative
cause, by physical force, intimidation or wrongfully
applied or deceptive practice one person causes
or contributes to cause another to perform exercise some act which
otherwise he did not intend to exercise.

It is stated simply in so far as it is contributed by
any one of those accompaniments or consequences by which a
different denomination would have been given to the offence.
