§. Wrongful Imprisonment

Simple Wrongful vexation has place in so far as
in consequence of a the forbidden act pain of or uneasiness
of which the learned mind is the has place.

It is simple when in so far as it is not accompanied by
any of the circumstances from which respectively it receives the denominations
following. ☞ Here collect the ample offences in which power
of mind is an ingredient.

Art. 1. Wrongful Imprisonment It has place where
without justificative cause by physical obstacles, or physical force wrongfully
applied remuneration or deceptious or other criminal practice, one person causes
or contributes to cause another to be confined within an enclosed
space, open or covered in.
