Penal Code Offences Private

(3) [Unlimited length of time.] The profit looked for
and the subjection kept on foot being thus materially unlimited, so
will the without any precise time during and during which looked to
as that during which the subjection shall continue. Neither
the season of beauty nor the season of helplessness affords
any such limitation precise enough to take the facts
out of this case.

The sort case of offence here in question complicated case is a sort
so highly complicated that of the several offences against
person there are few that are not capable of being conjoined
in it. Wrongful Imprisonment, Confinement, Banishment,
Coercion, the ground: simple personal injuries, corporal
and mental in all shapes incidentally wrought upon
that ground.

For Remedies preventive, suppressive and satisfactive
see those several titles.

Aggravations

To the purpose of giving encrease to the burthen of
affording pecuniary satisfaction the follow the domestic relations circumstances by which aggravation
may be here produced.

1. Where the person thus enslaved is under age, to the
money made payable to him or her as satisfaction for his
suffering may be added other money made payable to
his or her father, or if he be dead or otherwise incapacitated
from receiving it to the mother several relatives
herein mentioned; viz. to each succeeding on failure of the several
preceding ones: 1. Mother: Grandfathers either or both of them. 3. Grandmothers
either of them. 4. Uncles and Aunts. 5. appointed Guardian or Guardians any one or more of
them those persons according to the
degree of sympathy
presumable from
past former care, past former bounty
&c. and so forth.
