II. Offences Severally
1. Offences affecting person

1. a bruise. 2. Wound: bruise
by natural instrument – fist or any additional stick or stone
by being thrown down or driven against a hard substance.

Primary subject matter of consideration,
the maleficent effect: that being the seal of the ,
that being the thing of by which the what demand there is for
remedy is created.

First In the first place, place the most simple
object, in the last place the most complex: such is the
order of consideration prescribed by the rules of method:
the intermediate articles following in the order
for correspondent to the degree of complexity.
