Art. 1. Wrongful mental vexation simple is when
without justificative cause, whether by means of physical force, intimidation,
wrongful remuneration or deceptive practice a man
one person produces or contributes to produce pain or
uneasiness of mind in the mind of another: simple, as not
being attended with the any one of the accompaniments or consequences by which in a different denomination
it gives to the offence.

Art. So many of the modes in which or causes by
which mental vexation is capable of being produced, so many species of the Offence. Examples
are as follows the following

1. Indecent exposure by a person of he male to a person of the
female sex.

2. Sympathy wounding exposure: for instance by obtruding
to on the sight of the wrongee the spectacle of a person labouring under a
disgustingly afflictive malady.

. Terrification by groundless purposely deceptuous fear of suffering at the hands
of agents natural or supernatural agents: false assertion of
casualties or calamities of as existing or inevitably
approaching.

4. Disappointment: by purposely deceptive assurance of benefit obtainable receivable by
referring to a place at which is a person from whom no
such benefit will by the purchase be obtained.

4. Vexatious association: for instance by purposely deceptive practice causing the wrongee
to make use of the company in which he will be an
object of enmity or contempt.

is produced by loss to pecuniary loss to the wrongee see Ch.
