Art. 1. Insulting corporal vexation is where by
an act which otherwise would be but an act of simple
corporal vexation, such as in the community in question
the pr to pr the to a greater or less extent the state of
judgments and affections, that by the consideration of
the wrong if by which thus done to him the wrongee is lowered in their
estimation.
