§. 2 Insulting menacement
Art.1. Insulting menacement is where one
personby words or other signs one person was endeaving
to cause another person (the menace) to apprehend that
imparting an intention to do to the inflict or cause in another person (the menacee)
some act of wrongful corporal vexation or some act having the effect possesses the
character of an offence affecting his reputation⊞ ⊞ affecting the reputation of the menace a superior or person connected with him by any spend the of sympathy helowers is
endeavours to lower him in the estimation of without more
or less considerable of the community any person or persons
in whose good opinion or good offices the party menaced menacee is in
any way dependent for the comforts of life.
