Penal Constitutional Code

§. 4 Wrongful disablement

Art. 1. Wrongful disablement is where without justificative cause by means of
physical force, intimidation or unlawful wrongful or deceptive
or other criminal practice, and without justificative cause, one person causes case puts or contributes
to to anoth cause or put the body of another the permanent loss
compleat or partial of the use of some bodily organ, but without
ulterior harm.

Justifications in this case are
1. Judicial practice authority legally exercised
2. Military authority legally exercised
3. Medical practice with a reasonable prospect of avoiding preserving
the patient from greater evil.
