Penal Constitutional Code

§. 5. Wrongful mutilation

Art. 1. Wrongful mutilation is where, without justificative cause by means
of physical force, intimidation, wrongful mischievous , or deceptive
or other criminal practice one person causes or contributes to cause to
another, the loss of the substance of some limb or other bodily organ.
