4 Disablement

Corporal disablement is where, by the act
of one person or more, another person is for a time or for
ever deprived, in the whole w or in part of the
use of a bodily organ, under organ is comprised
limb, instrument of use joint of the a limb, or any other
part of the body having a peculiar function
peculiar to it. Justifications are. 1. Medical
practice with the consent of the patient or
any person, under whom, he or she is in a
state of wardship; 2. Execution given
to a judicial sentence should any sentence
to this effect be allowed. 3. Remedy against
more effective worse bodily harm
