Menacement simple, or say unconditional.

Menacement, having for its object or
end in view, the causing the menace to
perform or abstain from performing a certain
act, is coercion or the endeavour to effect
it. Coercion is either constraint or restraint.
Menacement, having for its
object or end in view, the obtaining of
profit in any shape from the menace is
extortion, which see or the endeavour to effect it—
