Art. 1. Sexual Seduction is wh has place
where by falshood( ) or intimidation( ) a person of the male sex
effects sexual intercourse with a person of the female sex.

According to the length of time during which the
operations preparatory to attempt a consummation continue acts of falshood
or intimidation or both may in any number have
had place. To this an aggregate of acts having this for their object, the offence in its
consummate or inchoate state will give a sort of unity,
constituting out of them a corresponding habit or say an
habitual course.
